Your first two visits
What to expect
We split your new-patient intake across two visits so your care plan is built on a proper review of your exam — not a first impression. Both are covered by the new patient special.
- Step 1
Day one — Warm welcome
We greet you, get a little history, and make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
- Step 2
Day one — Consultation & exam
We listen to your story and perform a thorough exam to find the root cause of your pain.
- Step 3
Day one — First adjustment
When clinically appropriate, you receive your first gentle adjustment before you go. We book your day-two visit before you leave.
- Step 4
Day two — Report of findings
Dr. Harn walks you through exactly what she found, in plain language, and what it means for you.
- Step 5
Day two — Your care plan
A specific, time-bound care plan built around your goals — with a real finish line, never open-ended.

What our patients say
“Dr. Stephanie is the best! She has helped me so much with my lower back and neck pain. Before seeing her, the pain would travel from my neck all the way down to my fingers, and it was so uncomfortable that I could barely sleep. Since receiving care from Dr. Stephanie, the pain has improved significantly, doesn’t bother me nearly as much, and I’m able to sleep much better. I’m so grateful to have Dr. Stephanie as my chiropractor. Her knowledge, confidence, and positive attitude have made such a difference in my experience with chiropractic care. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring chiropractor!”
“Dr.Stephanie is amazing at what she does! Shes helped me with my shoulder, and ankle discomfort. Gives great advice, and recommendations towards helping me improve not only physically but mentally as well!! I would not be where I am if she had not been in my life. Adjustments are precise, effective, and so smooth”
“Dr. Stephanie is fantastic! She's patient and empathetic, taking the time to listen about what's going on and adjusting care accordingly. I first started visiting Dr. Stephanie ~5 years ago to address shoulder and upper back pain. After providing a full diagnosis/evaluation, she helped me address that initial pain (which is no longer there) and has since been helping me address other issues from that evaluation. I highly recommend Dr. Stephanie to anyone who needs a chiropractor and plan on continuing to visit her practice.”
“Dr Stephanie has been great! I felt a huge amount of physical and mental relief, she listened to my complaints and has been providing me with excellent advice for home. Highly recommended, especially if you’re a bit nervous; it was a very comfortable experience!”
“Dr. Stephanie is an exceptional chiropractor. I've witnessed her take care of patients ranging from newborn babies to grandmothers and everything in between with much knowledge and skill. She's definitely someone I would trust sending my family to.”
“I had a great experience with Dr. Stephanie! She took her time to listen to everything I had going on and was incredibly thorough with her analysis. I had previously suffered a low back injury and was hesitant about getting treatment, but she patiently walked me through the adjustments and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The adjustments went great and her skills are unmatched. Thanks to her care, I'm now healthier and more active than I've ever been. I'm so grateful and highly recommend her!”
New patient FAQs
What does the new patient special include?+
We do your new-patient intake over two visits, and your new patient special ($99) covers both. Day one is your consultation, a comprehensive exam, and — when clinically appropriate — your first adjustment. Day two is your report of findings and your personalized care plan. If imaging is ever needed, we'll refer you out for it.
What should I bring to my first visit?+
Bring your ID and insurance card (if you're using insurance), and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Arrive a few minutes early to complete your intake paperwork — or fill it out ahead of time if we send it over. Day two needs nothing but you.
Why is the new-patient intake split over two visits?+
Because a good care plan needs more than a first impression. Day one is your consultation, exam, and — when appropriate — your first adjustment. Dr. Harn then reviews your findings properly before day two, when she walks you through what she found and the care plan she's built for you. You'll schedule that second visit before you leave the first one.
Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?+
For most people, no. Adjustments are gentle and many patients feel relief right away. You may hear a soft "pop" as pressure releases from a joint — that's normal and not painful. We tailor every technique to your comfort and explain what we're doing first.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?+
No. California is a direct-access state, so you can book with us without a referral from your physician. If your specific insurance plan requires one, we'll help you sort it out.
Is chiropractic care safe?+
Yes. Chiropractic is a widely recognized, conservative, drug-free approach for many musculoskeletal conditions. After your exam we'll flag anything outside our scope and refer you to the right provider when that's the better path.
Do you take insurance?+
We accept Medicare, and we also offer affordable self-pay options for patients without Medicare coverage. Ask us about pricing before your visit — no surprises.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?+
Yes — chiropractic care is typically an eligible HSA/FSA expense. We accept HSA/FSA cards along with all major credit cards and cash.
How many visits will I need?+
It depends on your condition, how long it's been going on, and your goals. At your day-two report of findings we recommend a specific, time-bound care plan and explain the reasoning — there's no open-ended commitment.
Can children and pregnant patients be seen?+
Yes. We offer gentle care for kids and expecting moms, with techniques always adapted to be safe and comfortable for every stage.
