How we accept payment
We accept Medicare. For everyone else, we're a simple self-pay practice.
No commercial insurance billing
We do not bill or file claims with commercial insurance plans. If you have Medicare, let us know and we'll walk you through what's covered. Everyone else pays our straightforward cash rate — call (408) 579-9541 with any questions before you book. On request, we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance yourself for possible reimbursement.

Do you accept insurance?
We accept Medicare. Outside of Medicare, we are a self-pay (cash) practice — we do not bill other commercial insurance plans. We keep pricing simple and tell you the cost up front, before you book.
How much does a new-patient visit cost?
Your new-patient intake is $99 total and covers both visits — day one is your consultation, exam, and first adjustment when clinically appropriate; day two is your report of findings and personalized care plan.
How much does a follow-up visit cost?
Standard follow-up adjustment visits are $80 each, billed per visit.
Do you offer care packages?
Yes. Once your care plan begins, we offer prepay care packages at a discounted per-visit rate compared to paying $80 one visit at a time. Ask us for current package pricing — there's no obligation to buy one.
Does Medicare cover my visits?
Medicare covers medically necessary chiropractic adjustments, subject to its own rules and limits. We'll explain what's covered and what isn't before you're billed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?
On request, we can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt of your visit — that you can submit to your commercial insurance yourself for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement amounts depend on your specific plan.
